ChicUp uses Sign in with Apple. Your email may appear as an Apple private relay address if you chose Hide My Email. If you cannot access your account, contact us from the email connected to your Apple ID when possible.
Subscriptions
ChicUp offers two auto-renewing subscription options:
- Weekly: $9.99 per week with no free trial

Prices may vary by country or region, and the final price shown by Apple before purchase controls. Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled.
Cancel a subscription
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, select Subscriptions, choose ChicUp, and follow Apple’s cancellation instructions. Deleting your ChicUp account does not cancel an active App Store subscription.

All payments and refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund or review a purchase.
Restore a purchase
Use Restore Purchases inside ChicUp while signed in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase. If access is not restored, contact us.
Delete your account
In ChicUp, open Profile → Account & Settings → Delete Account. This removes your ChicUp account and associated profile, wardrobe, outfit, photo, score, favorite, and generated-look data.
Deleted files may remain recoverable for up to 7 days. Technical logs may remain for up to 30 days. RevenueCat may retain pseudonymous transaction records for accounting, refunds, and subscription administration.
You may also request account deletion by emailing britolabsai@gmail.com. Email requests will be processed within 30 days.
Deleting your ChicUp account does not cancel your App Store subscription.
Photos and AI processing
ChicUp resizes photos before uploading them and uses specialized service providers to identify clothing, score outfits, remove garment backgrounds, and generate look previews. ChicUp does not use user photos to train its own AI models.
Location
ChicUp requests approximate location while you use the app to provide local weather and display a city on the Outfit Score screen. ChicUp does not request precise location, save the city, or include it in shared images.
Sharing outside ChicUp
ChicUp has no social feed or other in-app social features in this release. Users cannot post publicly, view other users’ content, create public profiles, comment, vote, follow, or send messages.
You may share an Outfit Score or another result outside ChicUp only when you choose to use the iOS share sheet. ChicUp does not publish or display that content to other users inside the app.
Photos you upload
Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. Avoid uploading private, sensitive, or confidential images that are unnecessary for styling.
Report a problem
Email britolabsai@gmail.com with a description of the problem, your device model, iOS version, and relevant screenshots. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
